Here in Cadiz/Trigg County, we celebrate all things pig. Country Ham is a big part of our community and is still processed today the same it has been since the 1800's. In fact, we’re so high on the hog that we have an entire festival every October that’s devoted to our favorite four-leggers, The Trigg County Country Ham Festival. Now in its 48th year, you’ll find more than 200 vendors, every kind of food possible, carnival rides and Kentucky's Largest Country Ham and Biscuit. The Cadiz area is a lovely lake community with a mainstreet that boasts antique shops, farmers market and The Pig’s Tail Ice Cream Shop.
